A tour lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. We charge 5,– Euros per person, nevertheless the minimal fee is 50,– Euros for groups up to 10 visitors. We kindly ask you to pay on arrival. Our guides work on a voluntary basis, your financial contribution helps us to finance the rent for our studio-apartment.

The tours usually start with a detailed description of the house with explanations on its specific history and modes of construction. The guides also refer to Le Corbusier’s vita, his visions in architecture and urbanism, and you will be informed about the context of the house as part of the exhibition “Interbau ‘57” as well social aspects of living within the “vertical city”. During the tour you will visit our studio-apartment, where further details – especially as compared to the first Unité d’Habitation in Marseille (1947-1952) will be discussed with the help of posters.

Meeting point is the lobby of the Le Corbusier-building, Flatowallee 16 , 14055 Berlin. You can easily reach us with public transport by taking the S-Bahn in the direction of Spandau. The house is located in next door to the stop “Olympiastadion”.
